My husband, daughter (3years old) and I stayed here May 2022 for a week. We are from the UK. Having read the reviews we were slightly apprehensive about it being more of a Spanish orientated hotel. However, all staff we spoke to had brilliant English, the kids club hosts spoke a number of languages including English really well. All staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was lovely and clean, food very tasty and a huge variety each night. Being pregnant and vegetarian I was nervous about what I would be able to eat, however each night there was a different selection of tasty options. The only downsides to the hotel were; the en-suites in the bedrooms are in need of a modernisation, the outdoor pool was very cold, the indoor pool heater was broken at the time of our stay so it was cold also, and the dinner service didn't start until 7pm....which for a 3 year old from the UK was extremely late. Would highly recommend this hotel to families wishing to stay in Salou.

Awesome hotel, Andres, Al and Mauricio from the kids club was amazing too and looked after the children in our group, which the mini disco was a particular highlight. Reception staff always very helpful even when we needed a screwdriver for a toy 🤣. This is our 2nd time at the hotel and already looking to when we will come back. Love Salou and lots to do!!!

Great place to stay, the food is fabulous with something for everyone. Entertainment team is great, fantastic for families the pool area gets crowded early with people reserving beds from 9am but the sun loungers on the roof terrace with the jacuzzi is great to relax definitely would rebook and stay again and close to bars, restaurants and the beach just wonderful

Superb hotel, in a great location. 10 minutes walking distance from both the beach and the parks. Rooms are lovely, they have a fridge and hairdryer and great aircon. We went half board and fabulous choices of food for both breakfast and dinner. Great entertainment for both adults and kids on a daily basis. Our little girl loved the Daisy club and the animation team are super with the kids. Swimming pool is lovely, with plenty of space for everyone. Great amenities throughout the hotel, tbh you could spend your day's in it easily. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The stay was great from the start of the holiday to the end of the holiday. The staff was friendly and always made time for you. The hotel was so clean inside and out and so was the room. The food at the hotel was great every night and every morning and there was alot of variety and was quickly replenished. The entertainment in the day and at night was great and the entertainment team was brilliant always made time to speak and have a laugh. This is the best hotel we have stayed in and will definitely be visiting again.

Stunning Hotel in a superb location! Staff were superb throughout the hotel! Attentive, helpful and kind! A special mention to the animation team! They work so hard and our little girl had a blast with them (and daisy) all week! Great food in the restaurant at all times. The children’s choice could have been a little bit better but that’s not stopping me giving 5 stars! Pool lovely and warm.
