Great theming throughout the hotel. The rooms are a good size with comfy beds. The hotel has a great aroma. Pool is a good size (and nice a warm) and is close to the pools at Gold River. Only thing is the dining buffet didn't have many vegan options. Other than that would 100% recommend staying. When you factor in the free park passes it's really good value for money

The rich interior of the hotel. Large area stylized as the wild west. Breakfast and dinner are very tasty buffet. It is necessary to choose the time for breakfast and dinner in advance, an hour is allotted for dinner, 40 minutes for breakfast. Water is included in dinner (free of charge). The family room for four did not have a balcony. There were only 2 double beds. Of the hygiene items, there was only soap and shampoo (not of the best quality). Cleaning every day. There is a pool with a lifeguard and a bar.

Recently completed hotel in the Portaventura grounds. The breakfast and dinner buffet was much better than “expected” - tasty food for all tastes. Nice pool area. Wonderful large spaces for sitting together on sofas. If there is one negative… it’s a decent walk to the entry to Portaventura… but you’ll be walking plenty around there anyway so not a big burden.

We had an awesome stay at this hotel. Online check-in worked great. Staff at the reception was very helpful. The walk to the park was nicely through the other hotels. Restaurant had a great buffet, only you have a certain amount of time which they did not tell us before. The room was big and nicely themed. The room was located not in the main building, but the other building. It was quite and the lobby was wonderful. Will definitely visit again.

Loved this place!!!!... It's beautifull, they did a very good job recreating the Colorado ambience. The staff was very welcoming, the breakfast was really good. It's the fartest hotel from the park I believe, but totally worth it. We definetly will come back.

We have spent a wonderful family week end at this amazing hotel. Everything is taken care with the great level of service, rooms are very large and comfortable and food is of very good quality. Hotel is set around beautiful well maintained gardens and even if running high occupancy it never feels and there are lots of spaces to relax and awonderful swimming pool. We will definitely repeat !
