Very attentive and loving staff, with many details for children. Very nice rooms and facilities. It is an old style, it can give the feeling of old, but, nooo, everything is very clean The glass of the swimming pool a charming detail, and the breakfast .... unsurpassed, something out of series. It is a luxury hotel and it shows in everything.

Perfect stay. Really nothing to complain about. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The location of the hotel in the park is perfect, close to the entrance. The staff is also perfect, always smiling, pleasant and very caring with the children (a cowboy hat and a sheriff's star to welcome them, they are immediately satisfied). We pick you up by cart in the parking lot to transport the luggage to the hotel. The plus point of the hotel: the express pass (skip the line) which allows you to avoid queuing on many attractions, essential if you want to make the most of it and repeat the same attraction several times. The breakfast is also a reflection of the perfection of this hotel. Served à la carte, with seasonal products, squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, an extremely varied choice, all in a bucolic setting. The swimming pool, located just in front of the hotel is an asset, to cool off or sip a drink on the deckchairs in the shade. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The decoration is neat, nothing is left to chance. The services are largely up to the rates applied. We will return !

Amazing park, with plenty of activities for all ages. The entire staff cannot do enough for you and are extremely professional. E The room was lovely and all meals were of extremely high quality. From around 7pm, a selection of drinks including cava is freely available along with various canapés. The entire resort is very well themed and we appreciated the ‘cowboy’ music played in the background throughout the day I wouldn’t hesitate to return and would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a stay at PortAventura

No complaints. A welcome at the top, an organization to the line. The hotel is beautiful in its Victorian style. Everything is spot on, the rooms spacious and very well equipped. Cowboy hats as a gift on the bed for children. When we arrive 2 female staff come to make the beds for the children. The half-board restaurant is also a great choice. The meal is good, plentiful, with a la carte choice, as is the breakfast, also all a la carte. The meals are delicious. The concierge takes care of the luggage, even if the room is not ready yet, which allows you to go directly to the park and enjoy the day. Free evening aperitif, champagne. We are very grateful to the staff who took great care of us and the children. Our next visit is all chosen. See you next year.

Great Hotel close to the Far West in Port Aventura. The tickets for Port Aventura are included wth the room (both the day of check in and check out). It has its own swimming pool. The service is excellent and our room was quite large. The only weak point was the auxiliary bed: it is not as comfortable as the double bed, but it is good enough (it is a convertible sofa that it is prepared by the room service).

This is the most expensive, five star hotel if the wild west themed hotels. The quality is clearly superior in both decoration, service and amenities. The hotel has its own private pool, restaurant and laundry service. Compared to the Callaghan, the rooms are bigger, particularly the bathroom. We had bedroom for four and the bathroom had separate bath and walk in shower, and a bidet.
