This hotel was amazing, the general cleanliness was top class. The best part and a credit to the hotel are the entertainers they were funny and always very interactive with all guests. They made such everyone could get involved. The rooms were not bad, we had a family room which was just 2 doubles pushed close to each other so not much privacy but they were cleaned everyday. The food was OK, nothing to much to shout about but still there was something for everyone. I would recommend this hotel or any in the ohtel chain.

Its a 3* hotel, so dont expect the Ritz Rooms clean, with fridge and excellent shower. Air con is ok Pool is fun, and the entertain team do a great job with afternoon entertainment Food has a lot of choice, but quite bland (as I said its 3*) Location is perfect for Portaventura and Salou town Overall an excellent hotel, with super helpful staff who enforce Covid protocols very well

Great hotel , lovely pool with great entertainment team. Fantastic food and service in restaurant & pool bar. Great selection at breakfast & dinner. Only gripe would be storage in room or lack of it as 2 adults & 2 teenagers defo not enough room to pack away a weeks clothes but it wouldnt stop me staying again

Wonderful place! We're staying here for one week half board and having such a great time we don't want to leave. Breakfast and dinner is delicious and varied. Although it's super busy the staff always stayed on top of it and worked really fast to keep things going. Animation team was sooooo lovely 🌹! Especially Valeria who really welcomed us the first day and when my daughter didn't have a big enough towel after swimming and was really cold she offered her a towel to stay warm. So attentive and genuine! Overall we love it hertand would definitely return! 👍

Just come back from spending 7days here with my 2 sons. Can't fault the place at all we loved it. The room was a good size, the food was delicious, we all enjoyed the pool and the staff were all polite and friendly. The hotel was clean throughout and it is located right near shops/bars and beach. Will be returning again soon.
